Originally constructed in white laminate, this built in cabinetry piece was reimagined for a Homearama master suite through layered faux finishing and hand-painted dimensional detail.
Inspired by the designer's request for a fleur-de-lis motif, the final concept moved beyond a simple border application. A soft wood-grain finish was first created and whitewashed, then custom fleur-de-lis forms were painted to resemble raised architectural carvings emerging directly from the cabinetry itself.

The result brought richness, character, and artistry to the room ~ redefining a standard built-in into a statement piece that felt both refined and timeless.
