Originally plain white doors and casings, these surfaces were transformed using a custom multi-layer woodgraining technique developed and refined by the artist. Applied entirely by hand, each layer was individually brushed to create rich tonal variation, depth, and realistic grain movement that recreates the warmth and character of aged fine woodwork.

Designed to feel authentic rather than decorative, the finished surfaces bring richness, permanence, and quiet elegance to the surrounding spaces while remaining fully integrated with the home's castle-inspired atmosphere.
